Where is Quick Links and Redeem? Catch 22?

I cannot find Quick Links on the right of the Mac Apple Store.

Keep in mind, I am using an old version of Safari.

This may be why I cannot find the correct location. I need to download OS Mountain Lion. Old, yes, but so is this MacBook. I have purchased it through the store, and should be able to redeem it using my password. 😕
